The electric kick on the bus

To be able to combine your bus trip with your electric scooter, it is good if you know what applies. Means of transport that are folded and portable and are less than 120 cm when folded can be taken on the bus free of charge, subject to availability. 

When you travel with buses without a level difference when boarding (low-entrance bus) in regional traffic and local transport Umeå, you may store your foldable means of transport on the floor of the passenger compartment. Keep in mind that it must not take up a seat or be placed so that it blocks aisles or exits as this can prevent a quick evacuation of the bus.

When travelling on buses that have steps on boarding (normal floor buses), you must fold your means of transport and store it in the luggage compartment under the bus for safety reasons.

On small buses, foldable means of transport may be carried subject to availability. 

Low-entrance buses in regional traffic are available on routes 118, 120, 122, 123, 124 and 125 and can be used on routes 114 and 115.
